He belongs among significant contemporary realist artists of the Czech Republic. He studied painting under the guidance of prof. Zdenek Berana and Prof. Michael Rittstein at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (2011-2016). In terms of subject matter, Leoš's work is really diverse. We can find a series of figures, still lifes, fragments of various objects, as well as paintings of abstract, gestural painting. However, the Leoš's work is the objects that accompany him in his everyday life. In 2018, his painting "Chair" was presented at the selection exhibition of the prestigious "Columbia Threadneedle Prize" in London's "Mall Galleries". In 2021, the painting "Basin" was selected for one of the most important exhibitions of realist painting Figurativas in Barcelona's MEAM museum.
